At the suggestion of friend, Cay went to the rehab center at Florida Hospital to see what all the fuss was about. After getting a physical she was told that she had an irregular heartbeat and would be in her best interest to start exercising and so she did.

Later on Cay had shoulder surgery and already familiar with rehab she was paired with a therapist who helped her throughout the injury. Cay continues to visit the rehab center working towards a healthier life, exercising three times a week.
